Man wow customer service is amazing I travel for work so I deal with a lot of customer service that is not so good shall we say this place makes it so easy pick a spot to drop in they deliver on time pick up on time and they are open later than any one else trust me I've looked we had left a pair of glasses in dry storage so Andy drove back 15 min out of his way just to drop them off after they were closed and their stuff is new not junk I just want to say thank you very much for your customer service again amazingread more

These guys are awesome!! Energetic and enthusiastic, had us lined up and out on the lake within MINUTES. We gave last minute notice and they accomadated us flawlessly. Couldn't ask for a better experience, plus, as this was our first time, they gave us a rundown of ALL the equipment and provided us with an abundance of safety gear. Everything was brand new condition and clean and not to mention the awesome prices. I would HIGHLY reccomend checking these guys out for a blast of a day on Portage Lakes!!read more

Andy was very helpful and professional. This was my first time kayaking, and he took the time to explain the process in detail. They were very punctual for the launch and pick up which maximized our time on the water. I had a blast on the lake, with only one regret, that I didn't book a longer trip!
